For 60 years, Zaytoun Orthodontics has been the orthodontist of choice for generations of families in Raleigh, Cary and Garner. We’re a family-owned and operated practice, founded by Dr. Henry Zaytoun, Sr. in 1959 and carried on by his children, Dr. Henry, Jr. and Dr. Mary Paula and his granddaughter, Dr. Mary Lanier. With more than 125 combined years of experience, the Zaytoun Orthodontics team provides the highest level of treatment, service, and personalized care that you won’t find anywhere in the Triangle.

Dr. Henry Zaytoun, Sr.

A University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill graduate, Dr. Henry, Sr. founded Zaytoun Orthodontics in 1959 after serving in the Navy and practicing general dentistry in Rocky Mount, NC for several years. Dr. Zaytoun, Sr. previously served as the President of North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and is a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Henry Zaytoun, Jr.

Dr. Henry, Jr. grew up around Zaytoun Orthodontics and has practiced as an orthodontist in Raleigh for more than 30 years. He prides himself on transforming smiles, giving our patients more self-confidence, brighter smiles and better oral health once they leave our office. Like Dr. Henry, Sr, he’s a former president of the North Carolina Association of Orthodontists and a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics – a distinction held by only 25% of orthodontists in the U.S.

Dr. Mary Lanier Zaytoun

Dr. Mary Lanier is our newest Zaytoun orthodontist. She is the granddaughter to Dr. Henry Sr., the daughter to Dr. Henry Jr., and the niece to Dr. Mary Paula. It’s easy to see why she thinks that orthodontics “is in her blood” … and she truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else! Growing up around Zaytoun Orthodontics, Dr. Mary Lanier has seen first-hand the positive, life-changing power that comes with transforming smiles. As the third generation Zaytoun doctor, Dr. Mary Lanier is thrilled to continue the family legacy of providing our patients with the absolute best care and the brightest, most beautiful smiles in the Triangle area.
