Payment Options

Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical and psychological well being of children and adults. Financial considerations should not be an obstacle to this important health service. Zaytoun Orthodontics is sensitive to the fact that different people have different needs in fulfilling their obligations. Therefore, flexible payment plans are available, including options with no down payment and with monthly payments over an extended period of time, even after treatment.

We have a Family Plan that provides you an opportunity to have all family members evaluated at no charge once the first family member has been examined.

For your convenience we offer automatic bank debit and Visa & MasterCard drafts that can be set up for you on the first or fifteenth of the month.

Appointment Policy

At Zaytoun Orthodontics, our passion is quality orthodontic care that creates beautiful smiles! We are also committed to completing each of our patients' treatment on time. To accomplish these goals, it is imperative that our patients and their parents understand the manner in which we schedule appointments.

Appointment Program
Our appointment program is designed to schedule certain appointments requiring more time and technical adjustments during school and work hours, while reserving before and after-school times for shorter appointments. For your convenience, we work through the traditional lunch hour to help our working parents and patients.

We make sure that we accomplish the following:
  • Have enough time at each appointment to do the necessary adjustments, plan the next visit, discuss treatment progress, and be available to answer questions.
  • Keep treatment goals on schedule as indicated by the estimated completion date.
  • Utilize "prime time" appointments (8-9 a.m. and 3-5 p.m.) for shorter procedures so that we accommodate many students and working parents.
  • Eliminate any immediate discomfort for those patients who have something loose or broken and if needed, reschedule them for the required repair work.
School and Appointments
With your appointment frequency varying between 6-8 weeks, this usually results in only having 3 or 4 appointments per year during school hours. We are happy to work around certain classes, lunch periods, electives, etc.

In this way we continue to support the importance of education as well as after-school activities and family time. We also continue to provide quality orthodontic care without compromising overall dental health or asking our patients to be in treatment longer than needed.

Emergencies
Please call our office in case of an emergency. If you notice a loose or broken appliance, please call so we can prearrange a repair appointment for you. It is not always possible to do so during a regular appointment, especially during after-school hours.

Appointment Reminders
We have an automated calling system and e-mail messages to remind you of your appointments. However, power outages and equipment malfunctions occur, so it is important for you to keep your appointment cards! Please remember that if you should miss or cancel an appointment during "prime time" availability, you may not be able to reschedule at that same time.
