In accordance with the guidelines set forth by our regional, state, federal leaders, and CDC, Zaytoun Orthodontics has decided to postpone all appointments starting March 18, 2020. As the situation is very fluid, we will continue to assess when we can open safely and will update our patients as soon as possible.
Please check your inboxes for more information as we’ll be using email as our primary platform for patient/appointment communication. We will reopen as soon as it is deemed advisable.
During this time, if you should have an acute issue which requires urgent attention, please contact our office so that we can address this concern appropriately. Note that we will not be able to replace broken brackets or fix broken retainers during this time. As such, please do not come into the office without calling us first.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. We understand how disappointing this will be to many of our new patients, who are eager to start treatment, as well as our existing patients who are excited to have their treatment be completed.
Please understand that the current situation is out of our control. We are very hopeful that this action taken by the Administration will be effective to swiftly suppress the progression of the coronavirus in our state, so that we can get back to work and continue to do what we love, which is to look after all of your orthodontic needs.
We will continue to do everything we can to keep you informed during this challenging time. Please do your best to be socially responsible and to stay healthy.
